About the Role
Team24 Foods And Beverages Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive Accounts and Admin Executive to join their team in Arlem-Margao, Goa. This full-time, on-site position requires a versatile individual to serve as a key contributor to daily operations, primarily focusing on accounting and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime including recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate ledger accounts and support invoicing and billing activities.
- Oversee office administration duties such as filing, documentation, answering telephone calls, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Conduct outdoor tasks including visiting banks to deposit cheques and cash, submitting documents to government entities or clients, and procuring office supplies.
- Provide miscellaneous assistance to the business owner to ensure seamless operational flow.
Requirements
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime along with fundamental Microsoft Excel skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license is mandatory to perform field-related assignments.
- Adaptable with a positive and flexible attitude, ready to balance desk work and field responsibilities efficiently.
- Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent experience in basic accounting practices.
