About the Company
We are an expanding construction and project-oriented firm managing multiple sites across various locations. Our emphasis lies on systematized operations, transparency, and accountability to facilitate efficient workflows.
Primary Duties
- Recording expenses, invoices, and vouchers systematically.
- Keeping detailed transaction records in Tally, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Tracking expenses separately for each project site.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and organizing bills, invoices, and reports meticulously.
- Ensuring all data stays current and readily available.
- Assisting in preparing data relevant to GST filings.
- Coordinating with Chartered Accountants when necessary.
- Regularly communicating updates and resolving queries with management.
- Remaining accessible during official working hours for communication.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Experience using Tally and Excel software.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- High attention to accuracy and detail.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Comfort with communication through remote channels.
Additional Information
Familiarity with GST filing is advantageous but not compulsory. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from accounting positions or CA firms, are preferred. Salary ranges from 12,000 to 20,000 INR monthly, depending on experience and performance, with potential for incentive-based bonuses.
