About the Company and Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their Accounts department based in Multan Nagar, Delhi. The position involves managing and finalizing financial records while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and aiding key business decisions through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize the company’s books of accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain detailed financial records and oversee the general ledger.
Manage processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts regularly.
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist in budget creation, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP/IFRS and relevant tax laws.
Provide support for both internal and external audits.
Maintain proper financial documentation and contribute towards enhancing accounting processes.

Requirements and Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Five to seven years of experience working as an Accountant.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with finalization of accounts.
Proficiency using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and taxation regulations.

Additional Details

Location: Multan Nagar, Delhi, India
Work Schedule: Six working days per week
Openings Available: 3 positions
Experience Required: 5 to 6 years

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: 20000 to 45000 INR per month
