Role overview
This role is based in Indore and follows an on-site working model. You will manage partner accounts for Swiggy Dineout, helping grow restaurant relationships, improve offers and promotions, and support business expansion across assigned markets.
About the team
Swiggy Dineout is working to become India’s leading dining-out platform. It serves more than 100 million diners through a network of over 21,000 restaurant partners across 34 cities. The platform helps customers discover restaurants across quick service restaurants, cafes, casual dining, premium dining, and fine dining, while also providing attractive payment-linked offers on restaurant bills through the app. The goal is to reshape how India dines out.
Dineout is available in 34 Indian cities, and users can save up to 40% on restaurant bills when they pay through the dine-out feature on the Swiggy app.
What the role is responsible for
The selected candidate will handle around 70 to 80 partner accounts in the assigned territory and is expected to contribute to monthly gross merchandise value of roughly 80 to 90 lakh. The exact partner count and revenue target will vary depending on the India 1 and India 2 market allocation and the specific geography assigned.
Account and partner management
- Bring new partner accounts onboard by explaining requirements clearly and coordinating with internal teams.
- Meet existing partners regularly and make sure their Restaurant Display Page content stays accurate and image coverage remains strong.
- Present the value of Dineout plans and promotions in a convincing way so partners keep investing and month-on-month growth is sustained.
- Carry out growth-enablement activities such as offer coordination and marketing alignment so events and campaigns go live as scheduled.
- Address issues such as diner-denied payout cases and help ensure smooth transactions for both customers and restaurant partners.
- Create account-wise growth plans and collect insights on competitor actions.
Data analysis and business performance
- Review relevant information from the restaurant dashboard and explain important performance indicators to partners.
- Ask partners for actions or support needed to improve the right display page experience and drive better conversions.
- Keep track of competitor investment through field observations, partner discussions, competition sales teams, delivery personnel, and similar sources.
- Use dashboard insights to encourage partner investment levels that match or exceed competitors in discounts, commissions, and advertising.
Stakeholder coordination
- Work with partner support teams on discount updates, restaurant display page changes, and related tasks.
- Coordinate with sales operations teams for competition-comparison data, festival inputs, and similar updates.
- Interface with the finance team for payout reconciliations, GST-related queries, and cases where amounts are not credited to partner accounts.
Functional knowledge expected
- Clear understanding of Dineout offerings and the main levers that drive growth.
- Working knowledge of restaurant operating hours, ad revenue per order, commission revenue per order, and average order value.
- Familiarity with dashboard tools such as CMS, Power BI, Compass, and Salesmate.
- Ability to understand conversion funnels and account-level metrics across week-wise, month-wise, and day-wise transaction patterns, denial rates, supply metrics, and competitor comparison data.
Additional requirements and working style
Candidates should be flexible, since restaurant partners do not operate on fixed 9-to-5 schedules. The role also calls for a structured approach, initiative, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to influence people across different levels.
Equal opportunity
Swiggy is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants are considered without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
