We seek a motivated Account Manager to oversee and develop strong partnerships with bus operators, driving success and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves managing existing relationships and sourcing new partners across the US East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with current operators to ensure shared growth and profitability.
• Discover and onboard new intercity bus operators and stakeholders to increase Flix's market presence.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to guide strategic choices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to implement cohesive strategies.
• Develop and manage processes and projects to ensure smooth interdepartmental cooperation and timely results.
• Leverage data to analyze partner performance, optimize strategies, and improve profitability alongside internal teams.
• Represent Flix at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a closely related area.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in external roles such as business development, sales, account management, consulting, or strategic functions.
• Ambitious, adaptable to rapid change, and able to thrive in uncertain environments.
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills, skilled in data-driven decision making and relationship building.
• Entrepreneurially minded, self-driven, and capable of independently pursuing ambitious goals.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation and Incentives

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 USD annually. We value diverse experience and encourage applicants to apply even if they do not meet every qualification.
