We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth familiarity with the UAE and Gulf abaya sector to oversee operations and help expand the business.
Core Requirements
- Sound understanding of the UAE/Gulf abaya market, including current sales patterns and demand trends.
- Knowledge of abaya fabrics, material selection, and sourcing practices.
- Hands-on capability in pattern drafting, cutting, and garment construction.
- Clear understanding of design development and the full production workflow.
- Proven sales background with the ability to boost revenue and meet targets.
- Ability to coordinate tailoring activities and maintain quality standards.
- Broad industry knowledge combined with the ability to handle business operations.
