ABA Therapist

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated ABA Therapist to provide individualized support and therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in Umm al-Quwain, UAE. The candidate will implement personalized treatment plans, track progress, and assist in the child's day-to-day development and care.

Key Duties

• Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions following established treatment plans.
• Help children improve communication, social skills, behavior, and daily living abilities.
• Apply behavior intervention techniques under supervision from specialists.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of the child's progress.
• Support and manage daily routines to ensure children's welfare.
• Work in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to meet therapy objectives.
• Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related fields.
• Experience with children with special needs is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to child development.
• Skilled at maintaining precise documentation and reporting.
• Preference given to Tagalog-speaking applicants.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between AED 5,000 and AED 6,000.
• Visa sponsorship including employment visa.
