18T Delivery Driver

Position Overview

Join Booker as an 18T Delivery Driver based in Dunmurry, Northern Ireland. This role entails predominantly local delivery driving, allowing you to establish strong relationships with recurring customers. Our drivers are crucial to our operations, ensuring timely deliveries paired with excellent customer service. Operating seven days a week, shift schedules might include some weekend duties.

Key Duties

• Load stock at the branch and deliver goods to customer locations.
• Unload products upon arrival and complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and professional delivery service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Category C (18T) driving licence.
• Possess at least two years of driving experience; delivery driving is preferred.
• Capable of performing manual deliveries.
• Strong interpersonal skills accompanied by a positive customer-focused approach.
• Adequate literacy and numeracy skills.

Working Hours and Compensation

The role is based on a 45-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with Saturday work required on a one in six rotation. Overtime opportunities are available, with potential earnings reaching up to £39,300 annually.
