About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to manage key executive operations including scheduling, coordination, research, and travel management. The selected interns will oversee the CEO's calendar comprehensively—handling scheduling, rescheduling, aligning time zones, and safeguarding focused work periods. They will also coordinate internal meetings by managing agendas, invitations, preparation materials, documenting minutes, monitoring action items, and ensuring follow-ups until completion. Acting as the CEO's strategic aide, interns will track commitments, pursue outstanding decisions, and highlight critical tasks before urgency arises.
Further, interns will research and shortlist global SaaS-related conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing registrations, delegates, and meeting arrangements. They will take responsibility for organizing complete travel logistics such as flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries, including accompanying the CEO to exhibitions when required. The company will cover all travel and related expenses.
Daily tasks also include managing the CEO's email correspondence, drafting responses, preparing various documents, delivering brief research reports, and maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive information.
Who Can Apply
- Applicants must be able to work remotely.
- Availability to work from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm Indian Standard Time is required, aligning with the company's 8:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT office hours.
- Candidates should be ready to start between August 1, 2026, and September 5, 2026.
- The internship duration is six months.
- Applicants must possess relevant skills and interests in areas such as social media marketing, planning, interpersonal communication, effective communication, and graphic design.

Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges between INR 12,500 and 40,000, composed of a fixed pay (INR 10,000-30,000) plus incentive pay (INR 2,500-10,000).

- Work hours are flexible within the scheduled timeframe.
