About the internship
Budding Mariners is an education-focused platform built for candidates aiming to join the merchant navy. The organization supports aspirants preparing for IMU-CET and company sponsorship routes, and has already guided more than a thousand learners across India through training and mentorship.
What you’ll do
- Place outbound calls to leads and clearly explain the training and sponsorship offerings.
- Turn incoming queries into confirmed enrolments through confident and effective communication.
- Keep daily call logs and manage follow-up plans in an organized way.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to carry out outreach activities.
- Build a strong understanding of the courses so you can answer questions accurately.
- Post and track updates in WhatsApp and Telegram groups to nurture leads.
- Work with the team on daily targets and sales reporting.
What the role is like
This is a sales-oriented telecalling internship for someone who communicates well, stays energetic, and enjoys persuasive conversations. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome, as long as they can engage prospects effectively and work toward results. The role is performance-based and includes a 4% incentive for each successful conversion.

Stipend and payout structure
