Join Scaler’s social presence and help shape how Varsity by InterviewBit shows up on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role centers on building engaging, platform-native content for a professional audience while keeping the brand aligned with its outcome-driven positioning.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of Varsity by InterviewBit’s visibility across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create 10 to 12 short-form videos each month, including Reels and Shorts featuring learner journeys, program highlights, faculty spotlights, and trend-based ideas.
  • Publish 2 to 3 Instagram stories every day with updates, Q&As, and interaction-driven prompts.
  • Draft and post 2 to 3 LinkedIn updates per week, such as carousels, thought-leadership content, program highlights, and outcome-focused stories.
  • Adapt Instagram Reels into YouTube Shorts to extend content reach.
  • Build and manage a weekly content calendar that stays aligned across all three platforms.
  • Shape content approaches that suit each channel: polished and insight-led for LinkedIn, and visual and aspirational for Instagram.
  • Keep all content aligned with Varsity’s positioning as an institute-credentialed, outcome-oriented platform for working professionals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to sync content with launches and campaigns.
  • Connect with faculty or program coordinators when authentic inputs are needed for content creation.
  • Track reach, engagement, and follower growth across platforms.
