About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment functions where the selected intern will engage in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms including job portals, social media channels, and employee referrals. The role involves resume screening, conducting initial HR screening calls, coordinating interview schedules between candidates and managers, and maintaining detailed recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize job portals, social media, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Evaluate resumes to match job specifications effectively.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in job advertisement postings on various hiring platforms.
- Support recruiters in job offer communications and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Internship should start between 16th July and 20th August 2026.
- The internship duration is strictly 6 months.
- Relevant skills and interests in talent acquisition and human resources are essential.
- Target group includes fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing MBA or Master's degrees.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong spoken and written English communication capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 7,000 to 10,000.
