Key Responsibilities

Compensation Structure
The stipend is performance-based and awarded upon successful candidate placements:
- 0 to 4 placements: No stipend
- 5 to 8 placements: 3,000 INR
- 9 to 12 placements: 5,000 INR
- 13 to 15 placements: 7,500 INR
- 16 or more placements: 10,000 INR plus best performer awards
