About the Internship
Next Step Talents Private Limited, a reliable manpower supplier based in Kolkata since 2018, is offering an internship opportunity for students passionate about Interior Design. This role demands creativity and familiarity with Autodesk 3ds Max to contribute to diverse client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and creation of innovative interior design concepts tailored for client needs.
- Work alongside experienced designers to craft detailed 3D models and renderings using Autodesk 3ds Max software.
- Engage in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design proposals and gather feedback.
- Assist in procuring materials, furniture, and décor essential for project completions.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to ongoing projects to streamline operations.
- Keep abreast of contemporary trends and emerging technologies within the interior design field to bring fresh perspectives.
- Actively pursue learning and accept constructive feedback for continuous skill improvement.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be available for full-time, in-office internships starting between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026, for a continuous period of six months. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in interior design.
Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 4000 to 8000, comprising a fixed component of INR 3000-6000 plus an incentive of INR 1000-2000. Successful interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
