About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in various human resource functions within a professional pest control and hygiene management company. Interns will participate in full-cycle recruitment processes such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. They will manage employee records and documentation, assist with payroll, attendance, and leave tracking, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and labor regulations.
Interns will also maintain employee databases utilizing HR information systems, organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs, support performance evaluations, and address employee grievances with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR and recruitment analytics reports, handling exit procedures including interviews and settlements, collaborating with department managers on hiring needs and workforce planning, and aiding in the implementation of HR policies and company initiatives.
Maintaining confidentiality of HR records and assisting with audits to ensure compliance with statutory obligations are key components of this role.
