Stirring Minds, a leading startup incubator in India, invites motivated individuals to join as Human Resources Generalist interns. This role provides the chance to gain comprehensive experience across various HR activities while working closely with an experienced HR team. Candidates should be proficient in MS Word, have strong English communication skills, and a keen interest in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding by preparing documents, organizing orientation sessions, and facilitating training activities.
- Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support performance management by gathering and analyzing employee feedback.
- Contribute to the implementation and adherence of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team as necessary.
