About the Internship
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment focusing on Tamil-speaking candidates. Interns will be involved in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment process support in a work-from-home setup.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with Tamil-speaking candidates using various sourcing platforms.
- Carry out initial screening interviews while assessing candidates' proficiency in Tamil.
- Support recruitment coordination and assist with daily operational recruitment tasks.
