Role Overview
This internship is for a Founders Office Intern focused on growth and go-to-market execution. The role involves supporting both client projects and internal initiatives by turning research and ideas into structured plans, clear messaging, and measurable actions.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to GTM planning for client accounts as well as internal ventures.
- Study markets, industries, competitors, ICPs, buyer personas, and expansion opportunities.
- Help shape positioning, messaging, offers, and outreach approaches.
- Assist with campaign planning across content, email, LinkedIn, paid channels, SEO, and outbound outreach.
- Support the creation of sales enablement assets, pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal inputs.
- Monitor campaign outcomes, pipeline indicators, and execution status.
- Draft briefs, reports, dashboards, and concise summaries for founders and leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teammates, freelancers, partners, and vendors to keep work moving.
- Translate ideas into organized plans, action points, and measurable outcomes.

Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA or a similar business program.
- An engineering background is preferred.
- Should have a strong interest in GTM, marketing, sales, business development, startups, and consulting.
- Needs to be comfortable working across both strategy and execution.
- Requires strong written communication and structured thinking.
- Good research and analytical ability is important.
- Must be able to work comfortably in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
- Curiosity about business growth and how revenue systems are built is important.
