About the internship
This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore for a Founders Office role lasting 3 months, with an immediate start. The role offers exposure across strategy, product, operations, partnerships, and fundraising, making it a cross-functional opportunity to work closely on core business priorities.
What you'll work on
- Support strategic projects such as market sizing, competitor analysis, and go-to-market planning, while contributing to pricing decisions, channel strategy, and pilot expansion.
- Assist with product work by shaping product definitions, consolidating user feedback, prioritising features, and turning on-ground insights into product improvements.
- Help run daily operations by monitoring bookings, caregiver deployment, shift completion, and issue resolution, then identifying workflow gaps and process improvements.
- Research and initiate partnership outreach with hospital discharge teams, RWAs, insurance partners, and channel distributors; prepare outreach material, manage follow-ups, and coordinate meetings end to end.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by maintaining investor pipelines, handling outreach and follow-ups, preparing diligence materials, and tracking discussions with angel investors and funds.

Other requirements
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
- B-school candidates are preferred.
- Exposure to consumer tech is preferred.

Compensation and conversion
The internship stipend is INR 20,000 to 60,000 per month. The stipend is split into fixed pay of INR 15,000 to 45,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 5,000 to 15,000 per month. If the internship converts into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 15,00,000 to 25,00,000.
