This internship offers hands-on experience managing technical SEO aspects of web assets including crawlability, indexation, page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markups, sitemap updates, robots.txt, and internal linking strategies. The role entails conducting comprehensive keyword research, competitor audits, and content-gap evaluations, creating actionable priority lists from findings. You will perform website audits with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush to identify SEO issues such as ranking drops or indexing failures.
The internship also involves scripting automation tasks in Node.js or Python to streamline bulk audits, rank tracking, log file analysis, and API submissions. Interns will build internal dashboards sourcing data from Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SERP APIs, participate in launching programmatic and templated pages while ensuring SEO quality assurance, and monitor weekly progress reports highlighting impactful results.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must be available for a fully remote internship lasting 6 months, starting between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026. Fresh graduates and those interested in SEO with some coding basics in Node.js or Python can apply. Comfort with Google Search Console, GA4, spreadsheets, and genuine interest in technical SEO is essential. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with WordPress, Linux/VPS, or personal website/blog SEO experience.
