Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal and compliance affairs through remote work. The role includes conducting in-depth research, drafting various legal documents, and supporting compliance activities in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough legal research on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory issues.
- Create, review, and proofread contracts, NDAs, MoUs, agreements, policies, and legal notifications.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining internal legal records.
- Support intellectual property management including trademark and copyright documentation.
- Compile legal briefs, research summaries, opinions, and case analyses.
- Organize and maintain contract repositories and legal documentation.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business units to coordinate legal paperwork and approvals.
- Provide assistance in employment law documentation, internship agreements, and compliance related activities.
- Stay updated with legal precedents and regulatory changes impacting the company.
- Undertake additional legal and compliance duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be available to work remotely starting between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026, for a full period of six months. Candidates pursuing or holding an LL.B. (3 or 5 years) or LL.M. degree, with strong research and drafting skills, and sound knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws are preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship experience in legal firms or corporate legal departments is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹8,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 and incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000.
- Certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate personal schedules.
- Potential job offer with a starting annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹240,000 on successful conversion to full-time employee.
