About the Internship
This role involves creating genuine demand for a rapid home services brand operating in urban Indian localities. Interns will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns, testing promotional offers, monitoring key business metrics, and iterating processes quickly. It is a hands-on role focused on real marketing effectiveness rather than simple social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement hyperlocal marketing campaigns across residential complexes, streets, and micro-geographies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts on platforms like Meta and Google, with full budget accountability.
- Design and experiment with different promotional offers, referral incentives, and booking funnels to enhance customer acquisition.
- Organize offline marketing activities including leaflet distribution and partnerships with local housing associations.
- Maintain weekly monitoring of customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), ensuring precise budget tracking.
- Develop comprehensive operational playbooks to support new hub launches.

Additional Information
- Stipend Details: Fixed monthly pay ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 with additional performance incentives from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, totaling a stipend between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
