About the Internship

This internship focuses on managing and enhancing customer engagement for an ethical jewelry brand. The intern will serve as the frontline contact, providing timely and empathetic support to customers' inquiries and concerns to elevate their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and offer support for online queries.
• Act as the chief contact point ensuring professional assistance to customers.
• Design and implement online sales campaigns via email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Leverage customer feedback and assist with SEO efforts to boost online presence.
• Maintain strong communication channels with customers and internal or external teams.
• Assist in managing customer relationships within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury sectors.
• Use fluency in English and Hindi for communications; knowledge of Marathi is beneficial.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
• Should be able to commence between 15th July 2026 and 23rd August 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship period is required.
• Relevant skills and a keen interest in the field are necessary.
• Currently pursuing any degree and preferably in the final year of studies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
