What you will do
- Review and refine AI-generated text so it is clearer, more accurate, and aligned with style standards.
- Create and improve training content and datasets that support stronger narrative flow and language quality in AI systems.
- Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers by sharing practical feedback that helps guide ongoing model training.
- Spot recurring issues in AI outputs, analyze patterns, and suggest ways to reduce mistakes and improve results.
- Research modern writing practices and current content trends to help shape better AI training approaches.
- Present observations and recommendations in a way that is useful for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Prior professional experience as a writer, author, editor, or in a similar content-focused role, along with a solid portfolio of published work.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication, plus careful attention to detail and subtle differences in language.
- Comfort working with AI tools, machine learning concepts, or digital content creation platforms.
- Ability to assess, rewrite, and strengthen both short-form and long-form content.
- Good organization, analytical thinking, and time management skills, especially when working independently in a remote setting.
