Job Overview

This position is for skilled Winding Machine Operators in the ductile iron pipes and fittings manufacturing sector, located in Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a long-term project with a reputed company requiring experience in pipe manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Operate and monitor winding machines used in pipe manufacturing.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to address operational issues promptly.
• Handle materials efficiently in line with production requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Utilize precision measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Adhere strictly to safety compliance protocols.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor processes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring related to machine operation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants should have completed Diploma, I.T.I., or 10th grade education.
• Relevant specialization includes 10th standard or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Experience required is between 5 to 8 years in pipe manufacturing environments.
