Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every customer visiting our Liberty locations.
• Maintain a knowledgeable and welcoming atmosphere to encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide detailed information and insights on cannabis, including current trends and valuable knowledge for customers.
• Contribute positively to a diverse and collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Have enthusiasm for cannabis and a genuine desire to help others understand its benefits.
• Be inclusive, empathetic, and accepting of individual differences, thriving in a team setting.
• Possess experience using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, and maintaining careful attention to detail.
• Adapt well to multitasking and managing various responsibilities effectively.
