Role Overview
We are searching for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Personnel member to join our Supply Chain team based in Timaru. This role involves hands-on responsibilities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, all while adhering to rigorous safety and quality standards.
Key Duties
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Receive stock and ensure proper storage
- Handle processing of returnable packaging materials
- Conduct stock checks and inventory control tasks
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets
Candidate Profile
- Experience in warehouse or logistics roles
- Valid forklift license
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Committed to maintaining high safety standards
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting
- Positive outlook combined with a cooperative team approach
- Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is a plus
