Overview

SELCO Consulting is actively hiring several full-time consultants to engage in various supply chain logistics projects, focusing on warehousing, material handling, transportation distribution optimization, and facility design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within project teams to thoroughly assess and comprehend client business needs.
• Recommend and propose tailored technical solutions to address identified challenges.
• Develop and prepare detailed business reports to support decision-making.
• Configure and implement technical systems aligned with project requirements.
• Evaluate vendors as part of the solution implementation process.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to facilitate smooth adoption of solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients until the successful go-live and transition of projects to the global support team.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in related roles.
• Strong enthusiasm for delivering innovative business solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to work effectively with numerical data and complex calculations.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask across diverse responsibilities.
• Keen interest in developing a systemic perspective on supply chain challenges.
