Role overview

Al WAHA Cranes is seeking a Warehouse In Charge for its Sharjah, UAE operation. The role suits someone with hands-on warehouse exposure, inventory control experience, and the ability to supervise a small team while keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
• Compile and share daily warehouse updates with management.
• Track stock positions closely and keep inventory records accurate.
• Manage the movement of goods through receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Perform regular physical stock checks and investigate any mismatches in records.
• Maintain complete and correct documentation for all warehouse activities.
• Guide warehouse staff and assign tasks for the day.
• Keep the warehouse clean and ensure health and safety rules are followed.
• Work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to support seamless operations.
• Ensure materials are received and delivered on time.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position or as a Warehouse In Charge.
• Solid understanding of warehouse procedures and stock management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage a team effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP software is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and staying effective under pressure.
