Role overview
The business is hiring casual warehouse team members to support operations during the busy sale period. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment and is looking to gain experience in the fashion sector. Previous warehouse experience is not required.
Working arrangement
- Shifts can fall anywhere between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, from Monday through Sunday.
- Shift length may range from 3 hours to 8 hours.
- The work is physical and requires standing and moving for most of the shift.
- High-performing casuals may be considered for work beyond the sale period.
Day-to-day work
- Operate in a busy, high-volume warehouse setting.
- Use internal systems to dispatch and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Pick products for customers with a trolley-based system.
- Work with a handheld device to move around a large warehouse efficiently.
- Carry out quality control checks to help maintain accuracy and standards.
- Handle customer returns when needed.
- Support stock movement, replenishment, and general warehouse organisation.
- Manage repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and focus.
