About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Associate to join our Auckland Operations team. This position involves supporting daily warehouse functions including inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, weighing, and dispatching customer orders using both manual and RF scanning systems.
  • Receiving incoming stock such as supplier deliveries and returns from customers and branches.
  • Safely loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and warehouse materials.
  • Preparing necessary shipping documents like packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery documentation.
  • Processing inbound receipts and ensuring precise system record updates.
  • Performing quality inspections on goods arriving and leaving the warehouse.
  • Managing stock placement, including organizing bins and put-away processes.
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or non-compliant inventory.
  • Assisting with returns in compliance with company policies.
  • Carrying out cycle counts and general inventory audits.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Supporting stock organization tasks such as product slotting, bin re-profiling, and stock consolidation.
  • Operating within set productivity standards and adhering strictly to safety protocols.
