Job Responsibilities

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will deliver outstanding and consistent Food & Beverage service to guests within your designated work area. Your role is to ensure service is courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable to optimize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• At least one year of experience working in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service aptitude combined with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
