Join Nutkhut Caterers as a Waiter/Steward at our Delhi-NCR location, where your role will be pivotal in providing guests with a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and escort them to their tables while providing menus.
• Respond knowledgeably to inquiries about menu items including ingredients, portion sizes, and dietary considerations, offering suitable suggestions.
• Take customers' food and beverage orders precisely and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar personnel.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, verify presentation standards, and replenish beverages as needed.
• Monitor diners' satisfaction by frequently checking in, addressing concerns proactively, and anticipating their needs.
• Manage billing processes, present checks, accept cash or card payments, and return accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through table setup, dish clearing, dining area sanitation, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Possess a friendly, patient, and lively demeanor accompanied by strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer engagement.
• Demonstrate the capacity to multitask effectively, handling several tables in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Have the physical endurance to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift items up to approximately 25 pounds.
• Exhibit clear and effective verbal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff, management, and guests.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 and 16,000 INR.
