Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Supervisor or Production Manager and play a key role in the manufacturing process through precise machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machinery efficiently while adhering to production plans.
• Prepare daily production reports documenting workflow and output.
• Interpret and utilize engineering drawings accurately for machining tasks.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with team members.
• Manage time and work organization effectively to meet targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certification in ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with G-Code and M-Code programming for machining operations.
• Proficient understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to work rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
