Visa Consultant (Fresher)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Visa Consultant based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with full-time onsite duties. The role involves guiding clients through visa requirements, documentation, and processing, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations.

Work Locations and Schedule

• Primary locations: Iskcon Cross Road, Sanidhya, Ahmedabad 380015 and Sarabhai Main Road, Gujarat 390007
• Working days: 6 days a week
• Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate advice to clients about visa documentation and process
• Evaluate and verify visa applications and associated paperwork
• Coordinate communications with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities
• Keep informed about updates in visa laws and policies
• Participate in company events and undertake travel for visa-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in visa counseling or immigration consulting preferred
• Solid understanding of visa regulations and procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for company-related events

Additional Information

For experienced candidates, the budget is up to 35,000 INR plus incentives. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face in Ahmedabad or Vadodara.
