Editory Labs is seeking a resourceful and imaginative Video Editor to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage into captivating, high-standard videos emphasizing rhythm, narrative, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce edits for both short-duration and extended video content.
- Identify and extract optimal clips to form compelling sequences.
- Incorporate subtitles, transitions, audio effects, background music, and graphic elements as needed.
- Ensure videos maintain dynamic pacing to keep viewers engaged.
- Adhere strictly to creative briefs and editing standards.
- Implement revisions promptly based on feedback.
- Efficiently manage project files with timely final deliverables.
- Consistently uphold a high-quality standard across all outputs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous practical experience in video editing roles.
- Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling mechanics, and visual design principles.
- Exceptional detail orientation.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Openness to feedback and swift revision implementation.
