Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on running and improving daily operations across the organization. The Vice President Operations will oversee operations teams, strengthen workflows, and help ensure dependable service delivery for both internal teams and external stakeholders. The role combines operational leadership, process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and support for strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers oversight of operational performance, management of efficiency metrics, and coordination of projects that span multiple functions. It includes improving processes, making better use of resources, and aligning operational execution with broader business priorities. The position also requires attention to operational risk and compliance, partnership with senior leaders on continuous improvement initiatives, and guidance of team members through coaching and mentorship. In addition, the VP Operations is expected to help raise customer service standards and shape practical operational practices that support scale.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring strong operations leadership with a record of improving processes and tracking performance. Experience managing P&L and overseeing the financial side of operations is important, along with the ability to lead customer service functions and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction. The role also calls for strong strategic planning ability, project management expertise, and proven people leadership, including team development and change management. Familiarity with fintech or financial services is a strong advantage. Applicants should also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be effective in a remote work setup. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
