Role Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, development-ready UX and UI solutions aligned with product goals.
• Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and comprehensive design documentation that facilitate smooth transition from concepts to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and design colleagues to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Incorporate fan feedback, user testing outcomes, and performance analytics to refine user journeys and strengthen overall product experience.
• Contribute to and maintain a robust design system and shared design patterns for current and future digital fan products.
• Foster strong interdepartmental relationships and advocate for fan-centric design principles throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience delivering responsive UX and UI designs optimized for development.
• Competence in producing user flows, interactive prototypes, and clear design briefs to support development teams.
• Knowledge and practical application of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma for conceptualization, testing, and presentation of design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to leverage fan insights, usability testing, and data to address design challenges and enhance product functionality.
