Overview
Join Manchester City Football Club in Manchester as a full-time UX/UI Designer dedicated to enhancing digital experiences for football fans worldwide. This permanent position involves translating product objectives into user-centered, visually appealing, and accessible designs that enrich fan engagement across the club’s digital platforms.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, development-ready UX and UI solutions aligned with product goals.
- Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and comprehensive design documentation that facilitate smooth transition from concepts to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and design colleagues to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Incorporate fan feedback, user testing outcomes, and performance analytics to refine user journeys and strengthen overall product experience.
- Contribute to and maintain a robust design system and shared design patterns for current and future digital fan products.
- Foster strong interdepartmental relationships and advocate for fan-centric design principles throughout the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience delivering responsive UX and UI designs optimized for development.
- Competence in producing user flows, interactive prototypes, and clear design briefs to support development teams.
- Knowledge and practical application of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma for conceptualization, testing, and presentation of design work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to leverage fan insights, usability testing, and data to address design challenges and enhance product functionality.
