User-Generated Content Creator - Health & Wellness

Position Overview

We are seeking a User-Generated Content (UGC) Creator to collaborate with a rapidly expanding health and wellness brand in the UAE. This role focuses on producing authentic, relatable short video and photo content that showcases daily wellness habits and supplements, emphasizing gut health, immunity, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop genuine short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories) featuring wellness products naturally integrated into everyday life.
• Create a variety of formats including unboxings, daily routines, "day in the life" footage, product demonstrations, testimonials, and problem-solution narratives.
• Craft or modify engaging scripts and hooks that capture attention within the first three seconds.
• Deliver both raw and lightly edited vertical videos (9:16) with quality natural lighting.
• Ensure content reflects a positive, warm, and wellness-oriented brand voice.
• Integrate feedback rapidly and adjust content across production cycles.
• Keep abreast of trending sounds, formats, and strategies relevant to health and wellness on social platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience creating UGC or short-form content, supported by a portfolio or sample videos.
• Confident on-camera presence with clear, engaging presentation skills.
• Proficient understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends, pacing, and formats.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut or similar software.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle topics.
• Dependable, able to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English; Arabic content creation skills are a considerable advantage.

Preferred Attributes

• Based in the UAE with knowledge of the local market and consumer preferences.
• Existing follower base in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience working with supplements, health, or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Basic insights into the conversion dynamics of paid advertising creatives.

Engagement Details

This is a freelance engagement with ongoing opportunities. Compensation models including per video, per batch, or monthly retainers will be tailored based on experience and output. Product samples will be provided for content creation. Strong performance may lead to long-term contracts.

Location and Languages

Remote role with preference for UAE-based creators (especially in Dubai or Abu Dhabi). Content creation in English is essential, while Arabic is highly advantageous.
