Role Overview

We are in search of a passionate User Experience Designer who thrives on deeply understanding user needs to craft engaging, intuitive, and meaningful product experiences. This role transcends mere screen design, encompassing user research, problem identification, idea validation, and direct collaboration with founders and engineers, providing significant influence over product direction.

Responsibilities

• Design seamless user experiences for mobile platforms.
• Lead and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and comprehensive user research activities.
• Transform research insights into tangible product enhancements.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined high-fidelity designs.
• Recognize friction points and streamline complex user interactions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
• Enhance onboarding processes, user engagement, retention, and overall usability continuously.
• Perform market analysis and competitor research to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of a scalable design system.
• Serve as a user advocate in all product decision-making stages.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in UX design.
• Demonstrated strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Prior experience designing for mobile applications.
• High attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to substantiate design decisions with user research and behavioral data.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
• Adept in fast-moving startup environments, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience leveraging analytics to drive user engagement and retention improvements.

• Background in designing healthcare or health technology solutions.
