Role Overview
The Internal Account Manager acts as the primary contact for designated accounts, responsible for delivering quotations within defined SLA timelines, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to increase deal size. This role supports major accounts internally and collaborates closely with external sales teams to optimize sales performance and broaden the portfolio's reach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to major accounts by managing quotations, processing purchase orders, and executing administrative duties such as loans, deal registration, and logistics coordination.
- Promote attendance at Exclusive Networks' events and webinars to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring accurate opportunity statuses.
- Support and manage contract renewals with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling services.
- Assist external sales team members administratively and in sales efforts to exceed targets and expand service offerings.
- Oversee the internal sales operational cycle, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth progression from deal preparation through closing.
Candidate Profile
- Highly responsive and efficient with outstanding communication, including telephone etiquette.
- Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
- Quick learner capable of building and maintaining robust relationships both internally and externally.
- Committed to personal development and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Word.
- Ability to nurture customer and supplier partnerships that promote Exclusive Networks' sales portfolio.
