Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Ernakulam, Kerala. The person in this position will work directly with clients to understand trip goals, suggest suitable itineraries, and recommend packages that fit both interests and budget.

Day-to-day work will include arranging flights, hotels, transport, and tour bookings, along with helping clients navigate visa, passport, and travel insurance requirements. The consultant will also use Thrillora’s booking systems and partner network to find competitive deals, sort out booking concerns, respond to questions, share updates, and keep accurate records of reservations and client communication.

Qualifications

• You should be able to plan and manage trips end to end, with strong knowledge of travel consulting and travel management.
• Experience handling reservations and travel bookings for flights, accommodation, transport, and tours is important.
• Good customer service ability is needed to answer queries, solve issues, and support travelers throughout their journey.
• You should be comfortable using online booking tools, GDS or similar travel platforms, and standard office software.
• Clear English communication is required; knowledge of regional languages will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment are expected.
• Experience in a travel agency or tourism-related position is preferred.
• A background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related subject is helpful.
