Role Overview

The company is seeking a proactive and well-organized Transport Dispatcher to manage the day-to-day coordination of transportation activities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange daily transport bookings, schedules, and dispatch workflows.
• Design and improve routes to boost efficiency and shorten travel time.
• Track vehicle activity using GPS and dispatch tools.
• Keep drivers, customers, and internal teams aligned through clear communication.
• Prepare and maintain transport logs, reports, and other operational documents.
• Oversee fleet availability, maintenance timing, and compliance needs.
• Resolve transport issues quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in transport operations and service standards.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transport dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.
• Solid hands-on experience with route planning, scheduling, and transport management.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with transport management systems.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and coordination abilities.
• Capable of handling several priorities in a busy, fast-moving work environment.
