About the Role
We are seeking a Traffic Management Operative based in Aberdeen. This role involves hands-on outdoor work as part of a team, focusing on setting up and managing traffic schemes on various sites. You will assist in resolving traffic-related issues while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport and install traffic management equipment at client locations ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations
- Instruct customers on the safe and correct operation of traffic equipment
- Inspect returned equipment and complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain and repair traffic management tools as needed
- Perform duties outdoors regardless of weather conditions
- Adhere to provided instructions and procedures, mainly using electronic devices for documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and the general public in a friendly and positive manner
Location
Work is based in Aberdeen with coverage extended across the region thanks to multiple depots. Adherence to working time directives and domestic driving hours is expected.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid UK manual driving license
- Dependable, self-driven, and committed to health and safety standards
- Flexible in work hours

- No prior experience in traffic management required; full training is provided
