About the Role

The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining various tools, molds, dies, and machine components essential for operations within factories and manufacturing environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and fix tools and dies used in production processes.
• Operate machinery such as lathes, drilling machines, milling equipment, and CNC machines with proficiency.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and precise measurements to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Inspect tools to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform upkeep and maintenance on machines and related equipment.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Basic understanding of machining techniques.
• Capability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
• Keen attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CNC machine operation is a plus.

Educational credentials required include ITI or a Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering fields. Both freshers and individuals with prior experience in relevant industries are encouraged to apply.
