Company Overview
Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd is seeking to hire a Telesales Executive to join their team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This role is focused on managing customer inquiries through calls, converting them into sales, and providing excellent customer service support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with the objective to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales.
- Effectively address and resolve customer questions and objections.
- Consistently achieve daily sales targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Minimum of six months experience in a call center, BPO, or telesales environment.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Willingness to work flexible 9-hour rotational shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM, with a maximum logout time of 8 PM for female employees.
- Availability to work on weekends and during festivals.
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving targets.
- Age limit up to 35 years.
Compensation
The position offers a salary package with a Cost to Company (CTC) of ₹24,000 per month and an approximate take-home pay of ₹20,000 monthly.

Work is based at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited, B Hive Building, 8th Floor, 78/79 Old no. 65/A, 30th Cross Rd, BTB Area, LIC Colony, Byrasandra, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560011.
