Mason Reality is searching for a motivated and customer-focused female Telesales Executive to join their dedicated sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to potential clients to explain company offerings
• Generate and assess sales leads by telemarketing efforts
• Follow-up with interested prospects to turn inquiries into confirmed sales
• Keep detailed records of customer conversations and sales activities
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships
• Meet set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
• Address customer queries with professionalism and provide outstanding service

Eligibility and Skills

Employment Details

The role is a full-time day shift position offering a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, with performance incentives up to ₹5,000.
