About the Role
GOPDHARA Herbals is seeking a female Telecaller to join their team in Surat, Gujarat. The primary responsibility will be managing inquiries received through WhatsApp and Meta advertising platforms, engaging with customers over calls to explain product details, especially for Hair Oil and Shampoo, and confirming orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries generated via WhatsApp and Meta ads.
- Communicate with customers over phone calls to clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Ensure confirmation and closure of orders for hair care products such as Hair Oil and Shampoo.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to enhance sales conversion.
- Maintain daily order reports accurately.
- Interact politely and professionally with customers at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Gujarati with clear communication skills.
- Able to converse effectively in Hindi.
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
- Possess skills to successfully close orders.
- Good command over WhatsApp and mobile operations.
- Previous telecalling experience will be given preference.
