Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive to generate qualified consultation appointments by making structured calls and conducting diligent follow-ups to maintain a robust lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with both new and existing leads via calls
- Schedule consultation appointments effectively
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Address basic client queries professionally
- Accurately update the CRM system after each call
- Ensure all leads are addressed without neglect
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer interaction roles
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English
- A strong commitment to consistent follow-up
- Ability to handle calling targets and pressure
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools
Salary and Benefits
Fixed salary combined with incentives ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
Work Schedule
- Six working days per week
- Weekly offs rotate with some Sundays included
- Rotational off days during festivals

Recruitment Procedure
