Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with at least 6 months of experience in Ayurvedic medicine sales, preferably focused on diabetes-related products. The candidate will engage with customers to understand their health requirements, provide consultative advice on Ayurvedic products, and persuade them to make informed purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in selling Ayurvedic medicines, especially those targeting diabetes care.
- Identify customers' health issues and offer fundamental Ayurvedic product consultations.
- Clearly articulate product advantages and effectively encourage sales of Ayurvedic medicines.
- Maintain communication and build lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Exhibit strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills to foster trust.
- Have a solid knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.
